Box 1012, Downey, California and JOSEPH LEWIS GREENE as Trustee under Trust agreement date June 15, 1960, filed in the office of the Assistant Registrar of the land court of the State of Hawaii as Document No. 262956, as supplemented by No. 263703, hereafter called "Owners", are Owners of those certain parcels of land situate at Keaau, District of Puna, County and State of Hawaii.
